Utility Applications

To apply for new service, select from the electronic forms below or fill out an application in person at City Hall.

Deposit Schedule:

*$75 deposit for addresses we service water only 

*$150 deposit for addresses we service water & sewer; A second deposit of $65 will be charged for sanitation service, bringing total to $215. 

*$65 deposit for addresses we ONLY service sanitation to - CLICK HERE to complete the SANITATION ONLY application

 

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES:

If you are a property management/rental company applying for service,

please click here to complete the service application. 

 

 

We can only provide same day service connection if application, requested documents and deposit are received
before 12pm noon Monday - Friday.  If received after 12pm noon, services will be connected the following business day.
