Neighborhoods

• Improving the appearance and value of residential property
• Helping ensure neighborhoods are improved and stabilized through the Ordinance Enforcement Program

Business

• Improving the appearance and value of business property
• Helping ensure that businesses are within compliance of the City’s ordinances (licenses, permits, signs, etc.)
• Alcohol Licensing and enforcement 

Ordinance Enforcement

• Providing an efficient and consistent process for the investigation of, notification of, and conformance with the City Ordinances
• Violations
• Issuing citations to appear in Municipal Court if necessary for non-compliance violations
