Water Service & Sewer Billing Transfer to Paulding County Water
*PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR CITY OF DALLAS UTILITIES ACCOUNT NUMBER BEGINS WITH 01, 15, 20, 21 THIS TRANSFER DOES NOT AFFECT YOU*
*If your residency is located in any of the developments listed below, here's what this change means for you:
Effective July 8th 2025, your water service and sewer billing will no longer be provided by City of Dallas. Paulding County Water will be your new water service provider.
*$100.00 of your existing deposit on file will be transferred to Paulding County Water in addition to your account contact information.
*Your final bill from the City of Dallas (covering your water usage through June 2025) will be transferred to Paulding County Water as of July 8th 2025. This balance will need to be paid with Paulding County Water by the due date listed on your first bill from them to avoid an interruption of service.
*As of August 22nd 2025, any existing past due water, sewer and/or monthly service charge fee was transferred to Paulding County Water and will need to be paid through them.
*Paulding County Water has different rates based on their service agreements. When you receive your welcome letter from Paulding County Water, we encourage you to review their rate structure to understand any potential changes to your monthly costs.
*City of Dallas will continue to provide your sanitation service, so you will continue to receive a monthly bill for sanitation and city-wide street lighting.

The City of Dallas will sent out a total of three notifications leading up to July 8th 2025: Mailed letter, mass call & text and door hanger notice.
