Sara Babb Park Facilities:

 

Indoor Pavilion $50 Hourly

Available rental times are from 7 AM-11 PM daily.

Whats Included:

  • Indoor pavilion includes a kitchen with a sink, ice machine, stove/oven, & refrigerator/freezer, cleaning supplies, and trash bags.
  • We provide approximately 100 chairs, fourteen 60-inch round tables, and 17 rectangular tables, with 11 being 8 feet long and the remaining 6 being 6 feet long.

 

Outdoor Pavilion #1 (by playground) $25 Hourly

Available rental times are from 7 AM-11 PM daily.

Whats Included:

8 outdoor picnic tables with power outlets.

 

Rental Policy:

  • Your rental INCLUDES SET UP & CLEAN UP TIME. We recommend scheduling two additional hours for this. Please be courteous to other renters as their party may begin when your party ends.

  • A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date & time. If no deposit is made, your rental is not blocked off, nor confirmed. The 30% deposit is deducted from your total rental balance, and the remaining balance will be due the week of your event date. Failure to do so may cause your rental to be denied.

  • Cancelation Requirements: If cancelation is made, Parks & Rec. is subjected to keep the 30% deposit of the full balance. If reservation was paid in full, your balance may be credited to your account for any future rental. Cancelation must be done during office hours to be valid.
