Indoor Pavilion
Available: 8 AM–8 PM daily. Max Occupancy 125 people.
Rental Options:
- 12 hours – $600
- 6 hours – $360
- 4 hours – $280
- 1 hour – $80
Includes:
- Full kitchen: sink, ice machine, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer.
- Cleaning supplies + trash bags
- Approx. 70 chairs
- 10 round (60") tables
- 6 rectangular tables (four 8-ft, two 6-ft)
- Private restrooms
Rental Policies
Rental Time: Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup. There is a strict no alcohol policy.
Deposits & Payment:
- A $100 dollar cancellation fee/damage deposit is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due one month before your event.
- Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
Cancellations
- The $100 dollar cancellation is non-refundable.
- Any additional payments will be refunded if cancellation is made at least two weeks before your event.
- Cancellations must be made during office hours.
