Indoor Pavilion

Available: 7 AM–8 PM daily. Max Occupancy 125 people.

Rental Options:

• 12 hours – $600
• 6 hours – $360
• 4 hours – $280
• 1 hour – $80

Includes:

• Full kitchen: sink, ice machine, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer.
• Cleaning supplies + trash bags
• Approx. 70 chairs
• 10 round (60") tables
• 6 rectangular tables (four 8-ft, two 6-ft)
• Private restrooms

Rental Policies

Rental Time: Your reserved time includes setup and cleanup.  There is a strict no alcohol policy.

Deposits & Payment:

• A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to hold your date.
• The remaining balance is due one month before your event.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Cancellations

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• Any additional payments will be refunded if cancellation is made at least two weeks before your event.
• Cancellations must be made during office hours.
