Submit an Occupational Tax Routing Sheet (REQUIRED FOR ALL BUSINESSES)

Schedule inspections with Paulding County Fire Marshal & City of Dallas Community Development (Commercial & Daycares only)

Complete an Occupational Tax Application

This can be done online using our online Customer Self Service Portal or can be printed and filled out. Find application here.

Depending on your business, the following might be required:

Alcohol License - City of Dallas Marshal's Bureau

Food Service Permit- Enviromental Health Department (770)443-7877 Selena.Colton@dph.ga.gov

State Professional License- Georgia Secretary of State

Georgia Department of Agriculture License- (i.e. cottage food, food sales, animal establishment, etc)
