Variance Request - 300 West Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia 30132

Notice is hereby given that the City of Dallas Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the City Council Chambers of Dallas City Hall, 129 E. Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia 30132.

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive evidence, public comment, and other testimony regarding a request for a variance from the City of Dallas Unified Development Code for property located at 300 West Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia 30132. The variance request concerns the application of the City's development standards to the subject property.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is the decision-maker for variance requests under the Unified Development Code and may approve the request, approve the request with conditions, deny the request, or continue the matter in accordance with applicable law and the Unified Development Code.

The application and supporting materials are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the City of Dallas Community Development Department, Dallas City Hall, 129 E. Memorial Drive, Dallas, Georgia 30132. Interested persons may appear at the public hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the City of Dallas Community Development Department before the hearing for inclusion in the administrative record.

Persons needing special accommodations to participate in the public hearing should contact the City of Dallas at least forty-eight (48) hours before the hearing.
