FRAUD ALERT: Fake City emails are requesting wire transfers - the City never requests payment via wire transfer; use the official Customer Self Service (CSS) portal only.

The City of Dallas has been alerted to fraudulent emails impersonating the Planning & Zoning Department and requesting wire transfers. These scam messages ask recipients to wire or transfer funds and may appear to come from a City of Dallas address or staff member.

  • If you receive a suspicious email, do not click links, open attachments, or send money. 
  • The City will never request payments via wire transfer.
  • All official City communications come from verified @dallas-ga.gov email addresses.

If you believe you have received a suspicious email:
