Q: Do I have to renew online?

A: If you do not wish to renew online, you can come renew in the Business Development office and do the process face to face. 

Q: How much is a business License?

A: This will depend on your NAICS classification. Go to Forms under Occupational Tax and look at the Business Classification Table and the Occupational Tax Rate Table. This will show you how much your license should be. 

Q: What information do you need for the application ?

A: By going to the Occupational Tax Department page, you should see the 'Application Requirements' page. This page gives you everything you will need for the business license and more information if needed. There is also a Community Development sub page with a checklist that they will need. 

Q: Can I receive my business license as soon as the application is submitted?

A: As long as everything is turned in, you have passed all inspections, and the invoice has been paid, then you would then receive your business license.
