How do i apply for an occupational tax certificate?

1. Complete and submit an Occupational Tax Certificate online using the Customer Self Service Portal.
2. Pay the $25 New Buisness Submission invoice. 
3. Schedule inspections with Paulding County Fire Marshal and the City of Dallas Building Official if you are operating at a commercial location. 
4. Receive approval from the City Departments (this is completed internally.)
5. Pay the Occupational Tax Certificate Invoice. This will be sent via email with a payable link.
